Higher Discussions are for people who don't need English lessons but do enjoy English discussions on topics that are meaningful in some way; i.e., informative, controversial, entertaining, fascinating, odd,  And even the best English speakers learn new vocabulary (words, phrases, idioms) and get help with pronunciation and small mistakes. 

Most of the topics come from online articles and videos.
